Mission Critical teams’ collective effort make a meaningful impact beyond the job site.

The IES Mission Critical team at our Lithia Springs, Georgia office proudly participated in the 2025 Toys for Tots campaign, bringing together our office staff and local project job sites to support families across the Metro Atlanta community. Through the generosity of our employees and field teams, we collected a significant number of new, unwrapped toys that will help brighten the holiday season for children in need. The response across our projects and office was incredible, reflecting the strong culture of teamwork and community involvement that defines IES Mission Critical.

Toys for Tots of Metro Atlanta serves more than 500,000 children across 18 counties each year. Being part of a campaign of this scale is both humbling and meaningful, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute.This initiative would not have been possible without the participation of our project teams who coordinated collections at active job sites, as well as the Lithia Springs office team who helped organize and prepare the donations for drop off. It was a true division wide effort.
